The Leadership Council serves a function similar to, yet not identical to, a corporate board of trustees. It is the final decision-making body for the Community. Its most important role will be to take the input flowing from the Vision, Stewardship, Manifestation, Ecclesiastical and Community Services Ministries and synthesize them into a clear direction and operational plan for the Community. The Council deals with issues of timing and application of resources, as well as the overall health and unfoldment of the Community. The Chair of the Council and its other officers are elected by its voting membership.. The Council Coordinators are appointed positions. The Community Spiritual Leader is a voting member of the Council. The Council meets at least monthly to facilitate the business and evolution of the Community. At each Annual Gathering, the Council shares the results of the operational plan for the year just completed. The Council accepts input on the directions and plans for the Community on an ongoing basis.
